Trying to figure out what this image means - anyone seen it or something similar or have ideas (and not sure if there is something hidden in it somehow, still trying to figure out and find time on how to check images for hidden stuff)

well doing a bit more work on this logo and a friend mentioned a couple links that have a little of a resemblance and I am not liking the thought

To me the resemblance of above symbol to nazi-icography is striking.
It looks like a combination of the nazi Reich's eagle symbol you mention in your comment, and the symbol of the "Deutsche Arbeitsfront" (German Labor Front)

Sadly, the gear-wheel symbol is still popular among German neo-nazi groups

But what does all of this mean in relation to "World of Depleted"? - I have no idea!
